TERMS OF DELIVERY AT THE KLEINMETALL ONLINE SHOP

Please note that the articles shown in our online shop are exclusively provided for delivery within Germany.

SHIPMENT

Shipment shall be carried out – unless otherwise agreed – according to our choice e.g. by parcel service or forwarding agent:

DPD

We have been cooperating reliably with German Parcel Service (DPD) for many years. The shipping costs for parcels shipped by DPD are € 6.50 (gross, incl. tax 19%) per parcel within Germany, for enduser. For dealers  €12.50 (net, excl. 19% tax) per package, drop shipping € 9.50 (net, excl. 19% tax) per shipment. The number of packages depends on the articles ordered.

Deliveries take place from Monday through Friday between 08:00 am and 06:00 pm.
One day upon shipment of the goods at the latest, you will get a link for shipment tracking.

FORWARDING AGENT

For articles, which can be transported only by forwarding agency due to their condition and size, the forwarding expenses within FRG amount to € 55.00 per delivery (e.g. Vario Cage dog boxes, Exclusiv rear grids and Masterline grids and dividers which exceed the belt dimension of DPD) as well as € 95.00 per delivery for Alustar and rear seat bench dog boxes, for final consumers (gross, incl. 19% VAT). For dealers, the above freight charges, net plus 19% VAT, are based on individual order volumes and are then packed in a cost- and volume-optimized manner, according to which the number of pallets and thus the costs are determined. Freight deliveries for end consumers, can only be implemented with correctly deposited cell phone number (guaranteed availability) from us, if you are not available, it may come here to the calculation of additional travel costs.

Deliveries to consumers normally take place from Monday through Friday upon advance notice by phone (by the driver or dispatcher of the shipping forwarder).

SHIPMENT OUTSIDE GERMANY

Please note that in case of cross-border shipments further taxes (e.g. in case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or fees e.g. customs duties can arise which shall be borne by you.

DELIVERY TIME

If an article is ordered from our product group: Exclusive – range – manual manufacture, you will get a separate offer for this article including the current delivery time at the respective point in time. Only upon written acceptance of the offer by Buyer, a contract shall be deemed as concluded concerning the respective article including the delivery times/conditions defined in the offer.

If your purchase order includes several articles the delivery times of which are different, we will make one common shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the consignment will have the delivery time which applies to the article of your purchase order with the longest delivery time.
