ORDER PROCESS, IT IS EASY, SAFE AND CONVENIENT TO ORDER

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IN THE KLEINMETALL ONLINE SHOP?

1. Shopping cart

Choose the products you want to order by clicking on the "into shopping cart" button. Your selection is thus placed in the shopping cart. Before sending your order you can always change this selection in the shopping cart by changing the number of products, delete the selection by clicking on the „Delete article“ symbol or cancel the order process. By clicking on the "Go to checkout" button you will reach the next order step.

2. Checkout

If you already have a customer account, sign in with your email address and password otherwise register as new customer, please. Your data will be collected, processed and used in consideration of the data protection regulations (privacy notice). Any other use or transfer to third parties will not take place. If you are already registered you can choose the type of shipment. If you click on the "Continue" button, you will reach the next order step. 

3. Check invoice address / select method of payment

Now, check your invoice address and indicate the requested method of payment. If you click on the "Continue" button, you will reach the next order step.

4. Check shipping address / select type of shipment

Now, check your shipping address and indicate the requested type of shipment. If you click on the "Continue" button, you will reach the next order step.

5. Complete order process / GTS and data protection

You will get an overview of your order: the selected products, shipping and invoice address and your contact data. Check that all the details are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions and Revocation Instruction attentively. You can only continue with your order if you agree to the GTS and Revocation Instruction (tick). When clicking on the "Buy now" button, the order will be sent to us. Hereby you will submit us a binding offer.
